I have had the privilege of working under and beside some incredible leaders in my career, and I decided to write about one of them. My latest journal article, entitled Servant Leadership: A Case Study of a Canadian Health Care Innovator was just published in the Journal of Healthcare Leadership. This article describes the leadership of Kevin Cowan as he led a remarkable turnaround of St. Michael’s Health Centre, a Lethbridge-based healthcare facility. My hope is that this article inspires others to find and write about more Canadian leaders, who have done remarkable things in their career. I am sure we have many in our country; we just don’t write about them enough. I hope to change that, starting with this article. I hope you enjoy it.
